Offer for small foundations only applies to up to 9 employees and up to 4 donors. Offer for medium-sized foundations is only valid from 10 to 29 employees and more than 5 founders. Offer for large foundations (OR) only from 29 employees and with an annual turnover of up to CHF 19 million

In the event of over-indebtedness and capital loss, further audit procedures must be carried out. Complex cases are calculated with the cost calculator.

However, you can be always sure, that we will communicate any additional hour needed or potential delays in advance. By doing so, we want to avoid additional costs for you. The first consultation hour is also free and of course without obligations!

Audit requirement for foundations

Foundations need an auditor if the total balance sheet during two years is more than CHF 200,000 or if the foundation publicly calls for donations.

Federal supervision of the foundation

Entry in the list of foundations of the federal foundation supervision is mandatory for all classic foundations. With The blueAUDIT report is timely.

Foundations are obliged to register until December 31, 2020

According to the GAFI law, private law foundations must be registered in the commercial register by 31.12.2020. Late entries will be sanctioned.

Audit work done by CPAs

In blueAUDIT only approved CPAs are performing the complete audit work, something that is not common in the audit industry. That means less requests, more quality and expertise for you!

As an approved auditor for the audit supervisory authority (FAOA) blueAUDIT may carry out complex audit. The quality requirements are thus higher.

Our path to revision


If the financial year ends on 31.12, the audit can be carried out until 30.06.

The auditors can be replaced at any time. There are no extra costs with us!
