Offer for small foundations only applies to a maximum of 9 employees and a maximum of 4 donors. Offer for medium-sized foundations is only valid from 10 to max. 29 employees and from 5 donors. Offer for large foundations (OR) only applies to 29 or more employees and annual sales of max. CHF 19 million.
In the event of over-indebtedness and capital loss, further audit procedures must be carried out. Complex cases are calculated with the cost calculator.

Foundations require an auditor if the balance sheet total for two years is more than CHF 200,000.00 or if the foundation publicly calls for donations.
Entry in the register of foundations of the Federal Foundation Supervisory Authority is mandatory for all traditional foundations. With blueAUDIT GmbH, the report is timely.
According to the FATF Act, foundations under private law must be entered in the commercial register by December 31, 2021. Late entries will be sanctioned.
