Fees and Conditions

Calculation Basis of the Fees

Cost Calculator

The cost calculator is the basis for the calculation of our fees. As auditors, we want to create transparency and trust, and at blueAUDIT this includes a transparent structure of the fees with fixed hourly rates.

The first consultation hour is also free of charge and without obligation. The entry in the commercial register is part of the audit assignment and also free of charge for you.

Responsibility

In order to be able to fulfil our legal obligations as statutory auditors and to guarantee the quality of the audit at all times, it may be necessary to adjust the number of hours.

This would be the case if your information did not correspond completely with the actual circumstances of your company. However, you will be informed in advance.

Trust

Trust is very important to us, as is the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. You can always rely on us to communicate the status of the revision and time delays in a timely manner.

We deliberately avoid unnecessary consulting hours in order to effectively avoid additional costs for you.

Quality Assurance and External Reviews

External review

blueAUDIT GmbH is legally obligated to conduct an external review for some types of audits. Thus the quality is also controlled and ensured by external auditing companies.

The review report is finally reviewed by the audit supervisory authority when the licence is renewed. It is in our interest to deliver high quality audit work.

Qualified experts

In traditional auditing and in the auditing industry, it is common that the majority of auditing work is performed by assistants. blueAUDIT stands for quality and expertise.

For this reason, all revisions are carried out by approved experts. This means that there are fewer queries for you and the quality of the work is higher.

Audit software

With our audit software we are able to carry out the audit qualitatively and in a few hours. Data security is guaranteed at all times because the data is analysed and stored in Switzerland.

There is added value for you and for the Swiss economy because almost 100% of all transactions can be analysed. We want to pass on these time savings effectively.

Cost Comparison with Traditional Financial Audits

Basis of comparison

To compare the fees of traditional auditing, we have calculated the time required for an average audit at an hourly rate of CHF 250.

We have deliberately set the hourly rate for traditional auditing at a low level in order to make the comparison fairer, although it is higher on average (CHF 320 instead of CHF 250). The amount of time required is also based on empirical values and on published calculations by other auditing firms and studies.

Legal situation

Our settlement also complies with the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Audit Supervision Act. In doing so, we comply with the independence regulations that we must observe as auditors.

For this reason, all revisions are carried out by approved experts. This means that there are fewer queries for you and the quality of the work is higher.
